If you like the belt, wear it. Quit worrying about what other people think. I never do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
@venom0706 When I read the description for the belt, I came across this phrase, "It is finished with black-varnished edging for a sleek touch." That is a huge red flag! It means that the belt is chrome tanned and will probably start falling apart in a few years, and will certainly look like crap long before then. If you care about getting your money's worth, you should look for a full grain, vegetable tanned leather belt. Something that will last a lifetime, and develop a rich patina as time goes on.
Not a fan of the buckle. It looks trendy, and might be out of fashion, in a few months. Kind of like those overpriced Versace Medusa Head buckles. I would go with a more classic look.
Thanks for all the recommendations! I changed my mind and bought another belt: https://www.hugoboss.com/uk/leather...srule=sorting_price-low-to-high&sz=60&start=1 The logo is much more subtle, the width is 4cm (perfect for casual jeans) and I simply like the clean design
I don't know about the belt, but the model looks stoned. I'm weird about products if a seller thinks so little about their product that they would market it that way; I don't buy it. This is more my style ... I try not to be a billboard for any company, but that's just me. If you like it ... go for it.
Yes, and it's vegetable-tanned, as you said is better My only concern is that I currently wear size 38, but went for 36 (as I plan to lose some weight). However, I am afraid of it being too big after I loose that weight.
Thanks. I think it will be fine in the long run. The most I'll do (if it becomes necessary) is to add 1-2 more belt holes with that tool.
