The F is indeed a great Injector. The only reason I have one is a very good friend gifted it to me. I like to say the best was to judge a man is by the friends he keeps. The vintage old spice soap is great. It is not really anything special though. Burma shave and Colgate and Williams give just as good of lathers. It would be neat if they brought it back though.

I was inspired by all the Feather Weights I've seen around lately. Today I got a "Perfect" shave from mine...I always sing the FW's praises, but I think I must "really" forget what a Great Shaver these guys really are...If I did remember, I would use one every week! After all...it is the razor that got Mickey Mantle hitting Home-Runs with the chicks!!

A sublime beginning to what looks like another sunny week and the Open Comb reminded me why it's my favourite Micromatic.
Helped along its way by the very slick CRSW lather and capped off by the cheap but lovely Boots Bay Rum.

The C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the Ever-Ready 200T Boar brush. I did two passes with the GEM Contour Razor with a GEM Blue STAR CS SE blade blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
