  1. I prefer the older stuff. Truth is the "newer" stuff works great too. And these are just plain beautiful.

I love this Treetime 1912, it is a unique guard, anybody know the year Treet released these? the original handle is a red baton handle.

    peace!

Probably tempting fate a bit, but I am finding that I am now getting super fault free Shaves from my AC/SE Razors. Today I had a lovely Shave with the Mongoose, comfortable with a great finish.

    Williams Mug Shave Soap
    Ever-Ready 200T Boar
    GEM Contour
    GEM Blue STAR CS SE
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk

In keeping with the Keep It Simple Shave, my only prep is a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face-lathered well with the Ever-Ready 200T Boar brush. I did two passes with the GEM Contour Razor with a GEM Blue STAR CS SE blade blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

My first use of a Myrsol aftershave and I'm impressed, yet another very good Spanish product.
It leaves the skin feeling toned and has a nice touch of menthol.
I chose the soap as a show of empathy with the England fans awaiting kick-off.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

  15. OK.....whose been shaving with their Feather Weights??
    Hmmm?
I've done my last 3 with mine, and every stroke has been perfection!
I had a fun one yesterday. I decided to try, not doing any skin stretching or even using my left hand for anything like skin pulling or steadying....1 1/2 passes plus Fuzzy W-H clean up came out BBS...

I'm thinkng of actually Really Calling a Special Week of the Newer SE razors like the Feather Weights and the Push Buttons, Contours, etc, etc....
I don't think they get enough love or respect....What do you guys think?

I know, I myself have had a proplem with "newer" razors for one reason or another.....But these "newer" SEs that I just mentioned.....I think really are great shavers "too"
