New to the Blackbird! Good night this razor rocks! I have the Sabre and it’s very nice. However, BB takes it all to a new level. I’m one shave in so I hold back a bit but today consisted of: Brand new polished SB BB new 7 o’clock razor Thayers witch hazel w/ tea tree oil and lime oil Atomic bay rum and AF by PAA Boom! So much for joining the brotherhood. Guy who sold the Blackbird to me didn't put enough postage. It went for a tour from Salt Lake City to San Fran and back to Salt Lake. Now they can't find it and so I wait to find another one a few dollars less than when I started. RIP to the missing Blackbird.

Thank you my friend. It's had to believe someone would think that postage for a razor to get to Canada would be less than $4. Sigh. I got most of my money back but I really wanted the Blackbird because as we all know it's one of the best razors out there.

Mark me down as a Dart owner! SOTD July 23rd Blackland Dart Astra SP Yaqi Professional (30mm, Battle Cruiser Class) Crown King Old Time Lime Homemade Lime AS First shave with the Dart and it is a deceptively aggressive razor. It's sort of like a Gillette Old Type with its minimal blade reveal and small gap. We all know that's not the whole story though, The Dart sports enough positive blade exposure that you can definitely feel the edge of the blade doing its work. There were a couple of spots, namely on my chin and jawline where the pass felt less then comfortable. I did two passes and ended up with a DFS that would have been BBS but for a couple of spots that could have used a touch up pass.Finishes with a shot of my homemade lime as and have no residual irritation and my face feels great!
