Okay! Got it. I needed to ask my wife for help with reading the second group of Kanji because they were hard to see in the picture. The tang says, “泰平謹製” Taihei Kinsei (keen-say). The last two characters (Kinsei) mean, “Humbly made”. So it can mean on of two things
    1) Made humbly with peace, or
    2) Made Humbly by Taihei. There is a chance that Taihei was the name of the person making the blade :).

So you can decide if he put the sunrise between his name, or if he put the sunrise between peace :). I prefer between peace, but that’s just me. I will post more if there is anything else I can find about it :).

    "Extra Superlative Razor"

I dug this out of the Japanese Razor Box, and noticed it hadn't been posted here. I stropped it up and down, and gave it a whirl. It is a fantastic shaving blade.
