Idk, try crushing them up?
I mostly add them to alcohol based aftershaves.
(When all else fails, consult the great and wise.... GOOGLE)

Correct answer
They should be soluable into Water at their melting point of 112°f.
Try getting a small amount of the desired base(maybe a capful) to 114. Add the crystals, let cool a bit. Add this back into the base bottle.
Shake well.

I had the same problem. Tried to ice some witch hazel down and the crystals floated to the top. Still haven't dissolved. Not enough alcohol content, I think.

That is some COLD witch hazel, too. I just shake it and pour it out and use it.

Today's shave was with a Newly Acquired, Restored, and Honed razor. I had a great 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. Zero issues. Well made, Extra Hollow Ground razor.

Razor- S.R.Droescher(SRD). "Quick & Easy". Solingen Germany.
Brush- B400 By Tom(@twhite ). WD Boar knot.
Soap- Arko/Sandalwood scented
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice.

Terrific picture, Mark!

I own the aluminum RazoRock Hawk V2 and The aluminum Colonial General. I used both for a few days, both had Schick Proline blades. I love the look and design of the HAWK V2 but it was just a little too mild for me, the design is so good that it tames a very sharp blade, this would a great beginner razor. The Colonial General has more blade feel and it is simply an amazing razor.

A DRAKKAR NOIR SHAVE - I acquired a PAL adjustable a year ago & finally used for the first time, Fun shave! but I still like the injecto-matic better - I used the middle setting, next time I will go with the most aggressive setting.

August 17th - Shave of the Night!
Lather Bros. continues to release cool new scents & there really making fun and cool labels! There tallow soap is just great & there thick and cooling balm is in my top 3 for artisan balms (Soap Commander, PAA star jelly, & lather bros are my favorites). I got another Lady Everysharp - for under 10 bucks! and it came with the Blannk/dummy blade - so this was a virgin razor until last night - as always it was a great shave and the vintage schick chromium was perfect - the plus platinums feel sharper for me & I think the chromiums were the bargain blade that schick offered back in the day? either way its still a great blade - Peace, Jamie
