Bunch of stuff arrived this week. A postwar ball end Tech and a 1910 ABC old style. A near mint Star and some sort of a Tech clone. A first time foray into the single edge world.
Also arriving this week were a couple of complete unknowns included in a batch. One is a stamped brass head with bolt riveted in and an aluminum handle. The other appears cast. Any info on what they may be is welcome.
The stamped one is commonly referred to as a Crappy No-Name Vending Machine Razor. They occasionally show up in the carton, but still show no sign of who manufactured them.
I really need to stop buying soaps. I needed blades and ended up with 5 more. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Its latherbros. A new soap maker to me. Its vetiver, lemongrass, and neroli. Very nice scent. Mid scent strength.
I hauled BIG RED I'm stoked, the knot is soft and dense. The handle feels almost like a doorknob. Definitely easy to hold onto. Richly weighted, finished flawlessly. I made a lather with a couple soaps, awesome comes to mind. No stink or funk detected. Only my second chub, my second lather was runny, too much water. I started over, an extra shake, retry, that did the trick. It sure covers some territory. More forthcoming.
Not shave related ... Not my picture, but picked up a Newcomb 15C for my son and I to play some 45's and 33's. May later invest in an Audio-Technica AT-LP120.
