OK, I got sucked into this one by another thread. I jumped on this Acme 5/8 straight razor. It looks like it will clean up very well.

It may just be that they are using the literal meaning of "ACME" as in the ultimate embodiment of something, same as "Zenith". Conversely, avoid any product with the name "Nadir".
