Try using the index finger and thumb of your off-hand to stretch your upper lip. The creases should flatten out. Shave in a couple of different directions, and it should be smooth.

Here are the pre-bloom photos of my B-400 by Tom aluminum handle with a 23 mm Envy White Supreme Two-band fan shaped knot. I set it at a 54 mm. I'll let the silicone cure for a couple of days before washing out the knot and giving it a try. A big thanks to @twhite for this beautifully crafted handle and to @clint64 and @Boojum1 for helping me select the knot.
