It was a good game last night. I admit I added the LPL Vetiver to my list for the girls. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I grew up an Alabama fan and then went to UGA where I met my wife. I don’t see either one of us becoming big Wolf Cats fans. We watched primarily because of Maya. However any day Florida loses is a good day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sunday morning September 9 Schick E2 / Personna ( 6? ) Vlasta's Alpha T-400 brush with silvertip badger knot Hendrix Classics Barbershop soap sample TSD Milk Aftershave Lavender Simple one pass shave today for a comfortable close-enough result. Have a blessed Sunday!
SEptember 9th SOTD Gem MMOC w Gem Stainless (6) Stirling The Lounge SS Thayers Jeeves Tobacco&BayLeaf AS Shave 6 with the MMOC earlier today. Best shave yet with it, I believe. Pulled out The Lounge today for today’s Stirling product. Very green tobacco scent, within the same range as Tabac for those of you who haven’t had the pleasure. 3 passes easily took care of 48 hrs of stubble and I’ll be putting this razor away for a bit as I will be travelling to Vancouver tonight for work/training. I do get a bit of a facial tingle from the Lounge, but not anything that leaves any overt irritation. Just something in it doesn’t quite agree with me. I’ll be gone long enough to take a checked bag so I can bring a razor and blades. I’ve packed a G4. Have a great afternoon and evening all!
Have a great trip, Jason! Nice setup there. I'll use The Lounge again this month a couple more times.
I think we've set an all-time record this month on posts about Bay Rum scents and Ben Franklin's underpants.
That's a very classy set up, Jason. The MMOC is a cool looking razor. Congrats on your progress with it, and safe travels for work this week.
I'm glad it's been discussed. Bay Rum, not Ben's bloomers. Not being a fan of cloves it seems Jeeves BR is a good alternative. As for Ben's opinion of folks discussing his business, I was under the impression he was quite the wild and crazy guy.
September 9, 2018 Razor: Wartime Triangle Tech Blade: 7 o'Clock Permasharp Stainless (1) Brush: 30DC LE/Pure Badger Soap: Williams Post: Alum, Listerine, WH No anniversary shave yesterday and no SuperSpeed or SE today. Instead, I went with a razor that has been calling to me for a couple of days- a Wartime Tech with a Steel baseplate and Bakelite handle. For those of you who read my other ramblings, this was one of the two Steel Techs that I wrote about a few days ago. After I wrote that, I decided that I really didn't like all that bare Steel and its commensurate potential for corrosion. Instead, I decided to spray paint both with Rustoleum Ultimate Hammered Black. (Hammered to hide any imperfections in the metal.) I need to touch up the undersides, but I'm pleased with the results and decided to put one of them through its paces. On the whole, it was a minimalistic shave but a really good one, extremely smooth and comfortable.
