I thought it would make a nice change from all the usual blase manly reports saying, "I sliced my left earlobe off by mistake but otherwise it was an epic shave..."
Does anyone here shave with an Omega 48? Man, those things are huge! Are they best for face or bowl lathering?
If I were to cut myself bad while shaving, my wife would take all sharp objects and my fun toys away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That brings back great memories Brian (or George or whatever your name is). My grandfather ran his family’s gas station and was the most avid sports outdoorsman I’ve ever met. On the weekends was a quail hunting guide. Since his gas station was next to Palm Beach he ended up meeting a lot of the upper crust, and ended up being a hunting guide for the Kellogg family on the weekends. As such, I learned to quail hunt with dogs bred in the kennel of the Queen of England. I’m kind of a high-class redneck, you know. Don’t tell Charlie though, or he’ll post that damn bicycle picture of little lord Fontleroy again.

That's a beautiful set up and wonderful photo, Doug. The brush is a real eye catcher, and I really like the texture of the weathered wood. I hope and pray you are doing well, my good friend.
I'll see if I can dig up a genteel photo befitting a cultured southern gentleman as soon as I get home. I'm on medication, so I'm not responsible for my actions .
