Tue 18th Sept RazoRock Syn. 24mm P & B Pall Mall Ever Ready Streamline Gem S/S [ 2 ] Floid Vigoroso A/S lotion Using the Streamline again today is rather reminiscent of my early SE Shaving days, when I used the Streamline as a Daily Razor. Yesterdays Shave was so good I just had to use it once more, and am pleased to say that the results were equally as good.

Tabac Tuesday's Shave Cold Water Wash Tabac Shave Soap Alpha T-400 Silvertip Badger Supply Provision Schick Proline B20 CWR Tabac AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with the Alpha T-400 Silvertip Badger brush. I did two passes with the Supply Provision Safety Razor with a Schick Proline B20 blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Beautuful sets ups as usual. I used Burma Shave with The Deb today. Great razor! The video at TOST http://theoriginalsafety2.com/post/53467

I got SO LUCKY!! that MMOC is like chrome - there are some scratches - so Near Mint!!! but that was part of Vintage Razor lot on ebay - I got really lucky! I was searching for the Gold 76 schick krona for a while and it was part of a lot - It had a MMOC, a Schick injector Type L and 59 Fatboy - think I paid 50 bucks total? the photos were not good - the Fatboy was filthy and loaded with soap scum - so I already had 2 MMOC - one was brass and in good shape - and a chrome one with the typical wear and tear on the corners - so when I got the package I was BLOWN AWAY - MMOC and Type L that were near mint - and after lots of dawn soap - tooth brush and flitz the 59 fatboy - looked Great! not mint but good enough that it would be silly to replate - funny the razor that got me to buy the lot was the one in worst shape - still good! but yes its a shiney MMOC - I also got a Clog Pruf that is near mint... Sometimes u get lucky and win a LOT on Ebay - so 1 out 20 times u get lucky and win at affordable price - or get a poorly described buy I now..
Yo Stingy! You da Man! Always great to hear from you!! You need to stop by more often...We always have a cool menthol on tap for you, Buddy!
after using injectors... I moved to the "gem style" SE - and the 1912 was my first shave!!! I was a little intimidated - with the blade looking like the paint scrapers and the razor being old, I was expecting a learning curve. BUT NOT at all - it was love at 1st stroke - It blew my mind! up next was the 1914 ! and the 1914 is my favorite "gem style' safety razor... I would say #1 1914, #2 1912, #3 MMOC and #4 the Feather weight
I HEAR YOU! The first SE I tried was the OCMM...I was expecting a blood bath, but the Tiger was a Pussy-Cat!...another case of SE love at first stroke!
