Great thread, Clint! For OCtober, I used the Cooper MonoBilt for the first 5 shaves, with a Nacet and a 7 O’Clock SP and various software: On the weekend, I moved on to the NEW Short Comb, which I’ll use for a week as well:

Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Wash Proraso Green Jayaruh #305 Gem Damaskeene OC GEM Blue Star CS SE CWR Osage Rub My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Green Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #305 brush. I did two passes with the Gem Damaskeene OC Safety Razor with a GEM Blue Star CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Granddad's AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

OCtober 8, 2018 Just an ordinary user grade NEW OC LC Reissue. Though it might look worn and beat up it gives an excellent shave and it’s perhaps one of the easiest Gillette OC’s to cut your teeth on. Easy on the skin yet efficient to take care of a day or a few days worth of whiskers. Nice combination of smoothness and efficiency.....
