I think this blade was a dud. I did not realize during the shave, but I can feel it now. The lather was optimal, perhaps masking the feel a little, but this would have been worse with lesser lather. Overall, not too bad, and I'm smooth and I smell great.

This was such a great shave and I enjoyed it from start to finish. The Kameelperd's Kick soap is a South African treasure - would you believe it's as cold as a Glacial? Same fabulous lather and very skin-friendly, with a nice coffee scent. Once again I had the benefits of the Prep and the Krampert's Frostbite. Three passes for a BBS!

Nice shave tonight. I had to work to get lather, I'm really not a synthetic fan. Their ok, just not as luxurious as badger or boar even, to me, as always ymmv. The barbershop scent was nice tonight. The Stirling seemed like sweet pipe tobacco to my nose. The passes with the 4 plate, I'm smooth and comfy, ready to sleep through some football.
