Is the aftershave Pacific Rush also?. I can find the shave cream at my local Walmart but not the aftershave. My favorite is the extra moisturizing in the purple can, followed in a close second by the yellow can that has lanolin. Clayton Sent from my LG-K450 using Tapatalk
Earlier I wrote a post about the new message on some Barbasol cans Celebrating 100 Years-saying, in effect, they need to check their arithmetic, as 100 years will be NEXT year. I'm noticing that the cream in the "poor arithmetic" can is thicker than I'm used to with Barbasol. Perhaps they made up for their error .

@ilts, you seem to be the lead Barbasol man around here...getting excited when Barbasol turns 100 next year? . I'll be making sure to use it a lot, especially if I can get that Bodywash for my showers.
I've been away from TSD for a couple of years. What a nice surprise to stop by and see Barbasol getting so much love here nowadays! I still have 8 or so cans of Cool Menthol in my stash. If anyone has a stash of Barbasol Lemon-Lime, let's talk trade!
Today's Barbasol shave: Barbasol Cool Menthol, applied with soaked/shaken-out Burma Shave brush Gillette Slim Adjustable Van der Hagen (Merkur?) blade Barbasol Brisk after shave lotion Right now I'm on a mission to use up all the DE blades on hand that I don't particularly like. The VdH are some of the roughest shavers I've ever encountered. They are only tolerable in the Slim, set to 2.
I see a can of Barbasol Cool Menthol recently sold on eBay for $35. It's worth it. Perhaps I should keep mine under lock and key...

I'm a little late to the party but I hope y'all let me in. This was a 0dark-30 shave and the Barbasol did the trick! Gonna have to look at the other creams now. Also, quick question about the aftershave, is Amazon the best place to get it, or do y'all know other places? Video posted below, if you want to watch.
Around here, you can pick up Barbasol After Shave Lotion at Family Dollar and Dollar General for under two bucks. Lemme know if you can't find what you need...
