Yeah, those are the Prolines we were talking about. Sharpest of the injector blades. The only issue is that the magazine doesn't have a key so you can't inject them directly into the razor. You have to cross load them into a keyed magazine and then inject them into the razor. You run the small risk of cutting yourself or dulling the edge in the process.
Ahhh that's cool! Is it difficult to load them into another magazine? Any specialist know-how needed?
Wow! Serious Bostonian envy here. I may thin out my DE collection at some point, but still need to add one of those as a permanent “keeper”. I have a Tuckaway that I love, but really want the full size guy too.
No not really. It's helpful to have a magazing that has atleast one blade left in it. Then you just depress the blade stack down from the top and slide the new blade into the magazine, being sure to keep the back of the blade pressed flat against the inner wall of the magazine. Believe it or not, Jason, despite having a few injectors in the collection, I’ve never shaved with one. I kinda skipped over that part of the progression. No doubt I will go back and do a focus at some point, but kinda enjoying the dark side rabbit hole at the moment. Regardless, some wise 30DCers suggested I become reasonably proficient with a straight before employing the CJB. I’m glad I listened.
For those of you that use shave buddy, do you use the picture upload feature, or do you use some other photo host like tapatalk or imgur ?

Yep, those Proline blades are sharp! I have some from Andrew's Shave Shop. The cross-loading into a separate magazine makes me not use them very often. I've dulled the edges of a couple while moving them over.
Fair enough! You just stick to the ol' Personna blades then? There's nothing wrong with them, I'm just intrigued by the performance of other easily obtainable blades
Get some - you may love them! They are a good price and they're good blades. I mainly use the regular Schick 'Chick' blades in the yellow package. I like Personnas as well but just recently ran out of those. Also have some vintage injector blades and I've been using those with good success.
Cool! I am loving that there are not many blade choices for the SE razors that I own (1912, OCMM & Schick G1)... That is to say, not many are easily obtainable in the UK. It means that I can try all that is being offered relatively quickly and settle on the one I like best for now. Already cool with the Stainless GEM PTFEs, just need to choose between Personna and Proline for injector
