What are you waiting on to arrive...?

I was waiting on Lomani Intense White cologne(see review under scents) and a sampler pack of blades.Was to be polsilver,and 3 gillette types.When it got here it was polsilver,derby black,sputnik and a gillette.I guess there was a shortage on some types.

 

The scent is though to be the original recipe for Coke

 

Coca leaves and all?

I have a tub of Wickham's 1912 club cola that really nails the scent. Reading the description I didn't think I would like it so much. Then I got a sample and immediately knew that I would be buying a full tub.

 

Well I got a menagerie of stuff coming ...

Three vintage brushes including an Ever Ready, Rubberset and a Winchester
A nice vintage diner coffee / shave mug
A vintage set of manual hair clippers
A box of Gem blades I'll probably trade with someone
An Eversharp fashion razor H1

and last but not least, but not least a silver DE Star razor.



The Star razor and Winchester brush were what I mainly looking, but I'll be happy with the rest as well.

 

Im surprised they arent afraid of a lawsuit but apparently theyre not.....crazy Canadians

Haven't seen a Winchester brush yet. Could go well with a Gillette New LC cased set I have originally purchased from the Winchester store.

Just won this set, but I don't need the razor. I only got it for the case to put my Black Handle Flair Tip in.

 

The Good News; Those make great gifts for folks thinking about trying Wet Shaving. Good solid brass construction and the nickle plate is quite durable. Being a middle of the road shave lets the new guy or girl think about more mild or aggressive when RAD kicks in.

 

Those Flares are awesome razors!
