Yes. From this point on.... We reveal that the true heirs to free thinking revolutionary thinkers like Descartes and Locke were indeed maligned as mere gangster rappers. Like Sir-Mix-a-lot, ok well maybe he's not the best example. Here's a clue.
I hear you guys. I'm 49 and look it. SWMBO is 41 and, I think, looks 5 years younger than that. One time in New Orleans (take that for what it is worth) a sales clerk thought I was her father...not my finest moment.
One of the exes was 16 years younger than me. Just 6 years older than my oldest daughter. (Insert your jokes here - I can take it). Nobody every really made any remarks, but the three of us did have a remarkably funny moment on the way across Kansas. They were both expecting at the time and we were in a rather backwards part of south central Kansas at the time. Let's just say that we left a convenience store clerk incredibly stunned and confused. And laughed for the next 200 miles.
This is something that I will be doing for sure! I don't think I'll be opting for any blades/razors that I don't know about though... Unless of course I'm visiting The Motherland! I'd expect a Cartel escort if I were to visit though.
Fantastic pic, Andrew! Incense and bubble gum? Yeesh... Great Menthol Monday combo, Jim. How did you do on the cookoff? Always a good day for little Canadian music royalty... Uhh...yup. 'I like Big Butts' quoted in the same thread as Descartes? Only in the 30DC folks.
The G that Uncle Screwtape sent me is amazing. I'm now looking for a nice minty E (2?) to go along with it. Which E type do you recommend? I'll be using either Personna or Proline blades - these are the easiest for me to source.
Thank you, Jason. The cook off had a judges award and a people's choice award. We won the best overall team award from the judges. I am not much of a dress up guy, but I went along with it for the team. I think the dress up helped. That is me in the middle.
Not sure, but I might be the youngest on this here thread! At the ripe old age of 29, some of you are pretty much old enough to be my dad
I leave you guys alone for a few days, and I have over 200 posts to catch up on... Lots of fantastic photos, pretty firearms, and great shaving gear. I particularly thought the list of razors were funny. On Saturday, I moved an aftershave on a shelf in the bathroom, and was rewarded with an avalanche of safety razors. I lined them up for a picture before I put them back. (Note, this is just the razors living in the cabinet in the bathroom, and not my full collection.) Saturday's shave was great. I really enjoy using this Eveready lather catcher. Used a fresh Treet carbon blade. This razor takes some focus, and will irritate like crazy if you use too much pressure. Got a very nice shave, but did have some irritation. Also used the only B&M soap I have in the collection at the moment. I like the scent quite a bit, and the performance is great. Monday's shave was back to the Eveready. For the carbon blade, I treat it like a straight in that I dry it and palm strop it right after the shave to dry the edge, then palm strop it again right before the shave. Finally starting to see the bottom of this Stirling sample. Love the performance, but the scent is kind of meh to me. Finished it off with a nice rain on the desert kind of scent. Only did two passes, and had no irritation
I have four children, the youngest is older than you. But I don't act my age, never have. Ask my ex wife or the kids & grandchildren! Tapatalk via LG
