  1. Terrific brush, Randy!
  2. Excellent picture, Joseph!
  3. BTW, now everything PAA/CK comes in either the Crown King base or the new CK6 base. They stopped using the old PAA base in favor of the CK base about 6 months ago.
  4. Great picture, Brian!
  5. Thank you, Andrew! Shavette Fu can get out of kilter sometimes. That's why only true masters can attempt it.

  6. Excellent set up, John!
  7. Wonderful picture, Jason!
  8. Thank you, Jason! I would like to try some vintage Brut at some point as well, but I do like this one. I like it better than current Brut.

  9. Nice pictures, John. I like the Stirling sheep soaps better than MWF, although The Fat definitely has Stirling on longevity. Maybe because I use Stirling more often, but I find Stirling to be less touchy in the amount of water added than I do the Fat.
  10. I was just thinking the same thing while at work staring at my computer.
  11. Thank you, Bruce!
  12. Yes, I guess I was think that, I just didn't say it. :) Thanks for clarifying, as I realize my phrasing was a bit off.
  13. Keeping track of soap bases is hard enough. Especially when it seems some soap makers release a new base with every batch of soap they make!

  14. Yup. Pretty much no salt and pepper stage at all.

  16. Real good shave with the Razorock this morning(Aqua Shaving Cream Soap). Really spread well. Will repeat tomorrow.
  17. Thank you, Bruce!
  18. Thank you, gentlemen!

Jason @jtspartan, I just have the one leather razor cover that I put on whichever razor I have loaded with a blade for use. The cover itself is a house-branded one from Fendrihan. It's thick leather and well stitched.

Jim @jluc, the bowl was a medieval/ Highland Scottish style horn drinking bowl. The problem with it was that the horn started to delaminate and bubble up after being exposed to liquid. I coated it heavily with urethane and it's stable now but also relegated strictly to shaving as I am not sure how food-safe urethane is.
  19. Thank you, Andrew!
