Today's shave was with a superb razor. I had a wonderful 2 pass shave, that left me BBs. Zero issues, just a finely made blade. Razor- Joseph Elliot's Best Silver Steel. Brush- B400 By Tom. WD Boar. 4 hairs shed. Soap- Arko/Sandalwood scented Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman

Apologies for the tardy reply, I don't visit this site much. I'm afraid I don't have any info relating to US prices for Revisor as I'm in the UK but I can tell you each purchase invoice is manually generated by a human being after you contact them with your desired order so I expect they would remove the 19% VAT automatically if your address is outside of Europe. If not, there is ample opportunity for you to request they do so prior to parting with any money. My experience with them was positive, relatively slow replying to emails (well, slower than I would be if I were running things if you catch my drift) however all correspondence was pleasant and polite, the razor was dispatched and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be with no hiccups. Quality of goods received appears to be high, no cosmetic defects and the factory edge was shave ready which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. I'd say they are infinitely preferable to a modern production Dovo but still not quite up to vintage standards... The grinding and etching is fine but something about the steel just feels a little lightweight to me. Alas, the foundries of Sheffield have long since fallen silent so we must be happy with whatever we can get our hands on.
