For my Menthol Monday shave it’ll be Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo followed by the Glacial Unscented balm. Pretty doggoned frigid!
I think I'll be giving the gin and tonic on the rocks some love tomorrow. I tend to not think of it when I want a menthol fix because it doesn't have "glacial" in the name. But I do thoroughly enjoy it
Mountain Man soap and AS splash on deck for tomorrow. Initially I judged a book by its cover and thought the scent would be very woodsy or smoky, based off the cover image. Happy to say I was completely wrong. It's a WONDERFUL posh take on Creed's Silver Mountain Water. Top shelf in my rotation.
Hello all. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Rod and Mandy for their service to the greatest country in the world. The Barbershop soap came through nicely for me today. I probably won't succeed in my goal of finishing this puck before New Year's Day, but that will be OK. After this brief round of the Barbershop(tomorrow, and maybe Wednesday), I'll bring the Spice up to the front of the line.
What a shave this was - the Glacial Lemon Chill soap, balm, and witch hazel treated my skin like gold. I finished off the witch hazel this morning after two years.
SOTD NOvember 19th Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Above The Tie Atlas R1 Derby Premium (2) Simpson's Chubby 2 "The Soap Destroyer" (27mm, Destroyer Class) Stirling Hot Apple Cider Soap Homemade Tangerine AS After a nice heavy loading with the Soap Destroyer I was able to whip up a bowl full of creamy, shiny, slick Stirling lather. Three easy, smooth, passes with a couple of extra swipes on the jawline brought home the baby. The Stirling Hot Apple Cider soap does contain cinnamon oil, but it didn't really make its presence known until the third pass with just a mild tingle.
It looks like it’s gonna be two of Rod’s treasures for a week. Madame and I are splitting on Thursday for Punta Cana so I’ll be taking the Glacial Black Cherry and the Glacial Spearmint!
