Thanks for the info! A little disappointing on the steel though. I was hoping that they were at least up to par with say, Wacker. Although Revisor does have some really nice vintage stuff that is definitely worth looking at

Tonight's shave was with China's Finest. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave, until I whacked off a low growing mole, on my neck. It was a bleeder. Dang this thing is sharp. Then all concentration was blown. I ended up with a DFS, but it could have been better. Excellent razor, that takes on a very sharp edge. Razor- Chinese "Gold Dollar 66" Brush- B400 By Tom. I freshened the blade on this wonderful Nordic Queen. A superb shave. This razor excels at providing a smooth close shave when faced with heavy stubble or a fully grown beard. I love it. Shave #40 on the Filly 14 DT edge longevity test, still super smooth, and a BBS 2-pass shave. Pre-shave was a little wetted SMN Pre-Dopo Barba, cream was Floris 89 lathered with a little beauty of a Simpsons Persian Jar 1, and the post shave was Thayers Rose Petal followed by a bit of the same SMN worked in well. Todays shave was with a Newly Acquired, Restored, and Honed razor. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS. Zero issues. Very nice blade. Razor- Imperial Razor. Germania Cutlery Works.
