Thanks Clint. I’ve had my eye out for this one for a while. No enablers or adult beverages were needed in order to pull the trigger on this one.
November 13 Gillette Z-3 Super Speed Flare Tip Ladas Super Stainless (2) B-400 by Tom handle & Envy White supreme two-band knot Hendrix Classics & Co. soap (6) Alum, Thayers Lavender witch hazel, unrefined shea butter, and Alt-Innsbruck This was another repeat of my Sunday shave. Everything worked well together for a near BBS shave. We had a busy day with eye doctor visits, errands, and tasks in preparation for our move. It was blustery cold today, but we're expecting a slight warm up later in the week. It just dawned on us that next week is Thanksgiving - we're planning to enjoy a low key day at home watching movies and eating too much good food. I weighed in this morning, and I'm down almost 38 lbs. over the past four months. I feel better and sleep more soundly now than I have in a long time. I've given away a bunch of "big clothes," and I'm getting into some of my smaller clothes. My watches even fit better. I'm just trying to make better decisions on food and exercise, and the weight is coming off slowly. I allow myself to go off the rails every so often. I don't beat myself up over it. I just get back on the program the next day. My goal is to develop better habits to keep the weight off permanently. I hope you all had a fantastic Tuesday.
I hope today was much better, Randy. Particularly when I worked, I found that taking the time and focusing on a nice shave in the morning was a real stress buster. That was partly the reason I was attracted to this hobby. As for work...do the right thing...regardless...it will work out. We're cheering for ya. Well, at least we're eating cookies for ya.
That's great, Charlie! Congrats on the weight loss! I had to remove a link from each of my watches. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
I caught the BM reference, Randy. Sometimes I can't remember what day it is or my phone number, but mind is loaded with TV and movie trivia from the 60's through the 80s.
Th anks Jim. The bracelets on all my watches were painfully tight, but now they all fit OK. I've got my watch tools ready if I need to make additional adjustments. I don't like watches flopping around on my wrist like I see some people wearing them. That would drive me crazy, and it accelerates the wear on a metal bracelet.
Safe travels, Brian. That's a very cool pair of Kamis. I bet the guys scanning your checked luggage did a double take.
