Too many new razors in a short span of time. I'd like to do a focus with each of them eventually. No repeat November looks like fun so that's what I'm going to do for Decadent December. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk
Great shave and write up, Joseph. Your glowing experience with the Eufros yesterday and seemingly average experience with the RR XXX led me to pass on the RR soaps during the Black Friday sales. I already know that Eufros is in my top 5. If I keep buying different soaps, I'll never get to my optimum rotation of my 5 best soaps and creams. I have a tin of Eufros Wet Earth to try soon. I had a great experience with Oriental Breeze, and now Tobacco is on my radar. Keep your thorough and honest product reviews coming!
Pure class all the way around in today's set up, Clint. I hope we never discover that you shave with Bic disposables and goo and lift these beautiful photos from Shaving Aficionado magazine.
Thank you Charlie. I took that photo during the UGA game once I realized the Supply Co razor would not arrive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Terry, it's your version of The Curly Shuffle. We like good music 'round these parts, so here goes...
John, I'm always amazed at the razors you discover in your stash and bring out of the woodwork. You may be right up there with @mrchick and @wchnu in razor hoarding.
I contacted Manuel directly to purchase some soaps. His email address is magafe_es@yahoo.es He's a very nice man and a very talented soap maker. It appears that WCS and Bullgoose now carry his products. If you consider shipping, you'll probably pay more to deal with him directly.
Thank you for the tip (enabling) Charlie. Did you end up buying anything shaving or watch related? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not so far, Clint, unless you count the two bottles of Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel that I recently purchased on Amazon. I'm all set on watches, and I'm back and forth on shaving goodies. The home building project has me watching expenses a little more closely, anyway. I am talking with a fellow TSD member on a vintage DE razor for my travel kit. Once it comes to pass, I'll try it out and post a photo.
Neal, the Parker SRX shavette is also worthy of consideration. It's a steal for $30. I know that @Bama Samurai also likes the Magic shavette. As I was looking through the Black Friday sales, I saw them listed for $10.
I have a Magic, but not the Parker. I'll look into that one. Chris also left one here for me to try, not sure of the name, but I need to finally give it a try like I said I would. So many razors, so little time.
