    I have found that an aggressive razor like your MMOC teaches proper technique by punishing bad technique. Once you have mastered aggressive razors, you can then utilize milder razors like the Tech to their full potential. Congrats on your progress. Hard to believe you started this journey not that long ago.

    i am a bowl latherer as i like the process, i also scrub the lather into my face a little.being that i use a different soap/ cream every shave i don t remember the fine points on which soap needs x amount of this or that. nail size dolup of mostly anything smeared into a bowl, damp brush. add water as needed. usually gives me great lathers on a regular basis...unless the brush eats the lather of course which has happened once or twice..hard pucks i load from directly..they have their own bowls/mugs /containers.

    I made the comment that my first try with the Grandpa's Barbershop Soap would, to my memory, be my first experience with Bentonite clay. I was wrong-My Regiment soap has it(all the Reggies do, for that matter). This makes me look forward all the more to the "Grandpa" :), as I've been pleased with my Regiment.

    I am a 4 pass shaver so I bowl lather, I can’t face lather and have enough for 4 passes. I also prefer the bowl because it gives my better control of the lather. For the first pass I do so,e scrubbing then after that I paint it on.

    Thanks Jason. I appreciate the encouraging words.

    This afternoon, I received my blood test results with a message from my doc saying everything was "perfect." I saw significant improvements across the board compared to my blood work from July. I am thankful and blessed.
