December 1st Razor: ATT S1 Slant Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (1) Brush: Envy Supreme White Eight Ball Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated Soap: A&E Cacao Lussuria Lucky Tiger face tonic AS: A&E Cacao Lussuria I wasn't sure where to start off the month so I'm going alphabetically for now. Subject to change. First up, Above the Tie S1 slant, Envy Supreme White badger, and Ariana & Evan's. Terrific combination! Three passes to BBS. This is my only A&E soap, for now. Superb performance! I started traditional wet shaving last December. Roughly one year into my journey. What a year it has been, both in technique and gear accumulation. I'm looking forward to many years to come. Have a great weekend! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

Y'all guy are not helping my RAD. Nice looking razor. It just looks mean. If I had that one I would keep it locked up in a box.
Today's shave was a repeat of yesterday's, but there's commentary, so I'll do the menu again: prep-Dial 4 Men Bodywash(Maximum Moisture)in shower shave-Rise Super Foam* razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot + DisposeABLE A.S.-TSD Splash( +Bay Rum).** *-well, I knew the day was coming-I broke out the last of my Rise Super Foams. I'm surprised the order lasted so long. Wonder how I'll get along without it, but until then some great shaves ahead. **-I suppose I'll be officially grandfathering this one now(along with the Russian Leather, which has a few more shaves left).
I forgot what "Nate" looked like. Forget what I said in my previous post when I put a smile in there.
Looks mean but it trains easy. If you keep it caged up, that's OK. Just be sure to take it out and play with it every once in a while. Just so it doesn't go wild on ya. Nothing worse than a feral razor. tp
December 1, 2018 Supply V2 with No 3 Plate Schick Proline Paladin SV Felce Aromatica Myrsol Agua Balsamica I am staying with the Supply SE but changed to the #3 plate. The Paladin brush is just such a joy to use. Much like MdC, the SV soap takes just a moment to load. I then face lathered for longer than necessary. Honestly the Paladin brush just feels so good while face lathering. I went with 3 passes this morning. After touch ups along my neck and jawline I ended up with a truly Epic shave. The #3 plate and Proline blade have sold me on the Supply SE razor. The combo is as efficient as my Cobra Classic. A splash of Myrsol Balsamica and I am off to run some errands. I am going to pick up the ingredients for Ropa Vieja which should be fantastic on a wet miserable day. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.
Great shave and photo, Clint! I wonder if the harshness I felt when using the 3 dot plate was partially due to the first use Personna? When the Supply Co. comes up in the rotation I'll go with the 3 dot and Proline combo. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk
Beautiful photo and great post, Clint! I never had the courage to try the 3-dot plate. The 2-dot was plenty for me. Glad to see you're sticking it out and giving the Supply the full attention it needs. I had to look up Ropa Vieja - looks delicious! Have a great day, but I know you're in a holding pattern as far as the SEC Championship and who to root for!
