The Sabre L2 is somewhere in above the midpoint. Not anywhere near the MMOC or the Rocnel SE-G

    Wonderful Sunday!
    I'm Late!!
    No pix
    No time
    :(:(
Go out of the woods late from hunting, now running very late!
    Have to be on time!
Ran through a shower, 3x3 shave, get dressed and out the door at lighting speed. Doing this is not for the faint of heart. Took just a very few (3 or 4) miniutes for face and head, start to finish. Got 3 yes 3 weepers during the sprint to the finish line. One on the neck, one on the chin, and one on the head. Small but I took no chances, I grabbed the styptic stick rubbed it around then slothered on the Nivea. The razor was still smoking when I cleaned it up, quickly cleaned it up. The blade warped from the heat, oh my ;)
I still have a clean smooth shave,
considering the rush. So I'm good to go:). Gona be a long day.
No, I didn't even see a deer this morning.
    Oh how I hate rushing!
Wrote this durring lunch, Burger King.
    Everyone
    Enjoy your Sunday!

I do like the asterisk. I'm sure that I'm going to mistype the acronym on occasion, fortunately the brush speaks for itself.

    Lovely Sunday shave today.
RR XXX is performing well and lasting a while.
The Perma-Sharp blade, fitted into the Old Type, was efficient.
Nothing revolutionary here, rather to the point and without any issues.
    Keeping this one short.

Hope you all are enjoying this day.

That is essentially my whole mission. To show that one doesn't "have" to have the super rare unicorn steel razor and high mountain rare breed of badger to get great shaves. If you want to use those, more power to you, bit it's not an absolute must have.
I imagine most have soaps that lather better than others, it is the harder to later soaps that I will trying to get a super lather out of.

Paul, the best shaving products contain ingredients that serve multiple purposes.

Do you apply the splash then the balm after all of your RR XXX shaves? I have only just noticed both in the photograph!

@RyX My first name is Aaron, and in regards to your question about how the Hussy compares to other injectors is a hard question for me to answer. For a couple of reasons.
    1. It is a twin blade, and the other Injectors are single bladed. So no matter what I say, has to have that caveat to it.
    2. I don't think a fair comparison can be made from one or 2 shaves. It is hard for me to quantify how much better the Hussy is based ony limited experience.

Rick, I plan on using the Hussy quite a bit this month. I will have more data to the end of the month.
I have 2 other injectors and I'm still not competent to use them well enough to compare to other models.
I can say this, it is easier for me to find the angle with the Hussy than it is with the others. Not sure if it is my imagination or just being more careful. What ever the case is, I'll take it.
I just need to find some more blades for it fir when these run out.

I shaved for 30 plus years with whatever bar of soap was in the soapdish. I've taken my shave experience to the other extreme. Good luck on your mission.

Again, just to be clear, I have no issues with folks using whatever they want. In shaving as well as in life, YMMV, for me, I just love the simplicity and the historic aspect of doing it what I call "the blue collar" shave.
