  9. Thank you, Clint! Busy week so far with rehearsal after school on Monday and then a concert last night. But we're past that now so today is a much lighter day. We have a performance in the local Christmas parade on December 15, so we're working towards that now. There's always something!
  10. They use the term "finest", but I don't really know what that means. On sale right now for $29.00. Gimme a break! That's a steal.
AS GOOD as a brush 5x that expensive.

  14. Its hard to beat a Yaqi brush for the price. FYI Stirling and Maggard house brand brushes and all of the knots that Maggard sells are all made by Yaqi. I like more backbone so I choose the two band finest over the silvertip. The two band finest knots come in two different shapes, fan and bulb. The bulb knots dont splay as much and offer a little more backbone where the fan knots tend to bloom a bit more. If you like to splay your brush while lathering I would recommend the bulb knot as it will offer you a little more resistance. Hold off on making a purchase for a little bit though as I have something in the works that I think you might like. Here are a couple glamour shots of one of my Yaqi's it is a 24mm two band finest bulb.

    December 5 SOTD:

    Razor: Karve Christopher Bradley
    Blade: Polsilver
    Brush: Stirling Marble
    Lather: Stirling Gentleman
    Aftershave: Stirling Gentleman
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Unscented PSB

A great shave with some Stirling Gentleman and the Karve this morning. After seeing all the talk about the Stirling Badger brushes, it was just a coincidence I used mine this morning. They are great values and worth the money. This was a great start to my day. I hope everyone has a great day!
