Great progress on the Reno Adam. I know you guys are excited. Seeing that in a crawl space would scare the crap out of me.

So we're back in the saddle using the RRXXX gear.
I know that everyone is waiting with baited breath to hear whether or not SWMBO gave the thumbs up, or thumbs down
concerning the Eufros Tobacco.
We'll get to that later.
The doughnut hole in the soap has morphed into a horseshoe. I am debating transferring the remainder into my
Pickwick wooden bowl...haven't decided yet.
Notice how the boar hairs are nicely splitting? They're readily noticeable in the above picture.
This, if you may recall, is an Omega 10049 63mm (loft) and is it ever getting soft.
I really enjoy using this brush. It lends itself equally as well to face- and bowl-lathering.
The AS-D2 is my only stainless razor. While I admire the engineering, I am not taken with the
unusually narrow blade gap. This is what some shavers refer to as "too mild".
I don't use that term, because when the angle is achieved, to stubble is mown down. It's that simple.
It is, however, easy to lose the angle, given the small margin for error.
Last shave with the RRXXX AS...

Well, there really is no concrete answer.
We're both dressed to the nines and, btw, I am looking pretty darn dashing, if I may say so, myself...
Wifey's looking pretty spiffy too.
She gives the neck a nuzzle and says:
"Tobacco"
I must add, that I had just walked in from outside, where three of the builders, who are working on our room addition are standing;
the lead guy makes a "sniffing" sound and says to me "you have some of the best smelling colognes".

So, for those that have a Stirling boar brush, is yours a shedder? This one has been dropping enough hairs with every use that they are getting in the lather and annoying me. Including break in lathers, the brush has six lathers in it at this point. Will it get less sheddy?

Good on you, Gary. I found I had to work very hard to get a thin lather from the newer C&E soap I had. It was slick, though.
