Wow! I thought someone else would have been here by now. Well, I'm not shy as you know so I wanted to share my Secret Santa gift. I'll start by saying that I was quite surprised, and very pleasantly so. Ok, so I jumped up and down and acted like a kid. Almost. Whoever my Secret Santa is - THANK YOU! Here is a series of pics of the unwrapping.



Looking forward to finding out more about this particular razor and I'm getting it sent for honing ASAP so it's ready to go in the new year! Thanks again Santa!!

Also, make sure you send it to someone who knows how to hone Japanese straights. I understand the grind is different/asymmetrical to Western-style straight razors.

I didn’t realize there was a separate thread for this. I’ve been checking the Secret Santa one for updates. My gift showed up on 11/23. I really wanted this scent, but also trying to slow down on software purchases. I have used it several times and love the scent. Thank you to my Secret Santa,

Just came back from a 10 day trip to find Santa had been to Seoul early.

It started with a letter from Santa...



Santa did very well! Soap from 2 of the few artisans that I still wanted to try, and a block of chocolate that won’t last long because I love chocolate.



CRSW Vetiver Fresco 2.0 is a really fresh clean green scent and Siliski Appalachian Forest smells to my sniffer exactly like walking through a forest. The Appalachian Forest is up for tonight‘s shave.
