Haven't used my boar brushes for awhile so this is the week for them. After all, they were just sitting on the shelf crying out to be used. How could I refuse? Anyway, all went well today and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Sadly, this was my last shave with Country Club. He has stopped making his soaps and aftershaves. I will miss both.

Country Club Spice Trail today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor High Mountain White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep still in the Gillette NEW Short Comb. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Southern Oud aftershave.

Second shave with the Tom-X. On its mildest setting it has more gap than the original, and that and the 50% greater weight give it a bit of a different feel, perhaps a bit more efficiency. Both are smooth as can be and fully capable of a 1+ BBS head shave.

Will increase the gap next shave.

Nice setup. Both the soap and the razor are favourites of mine.
