That should get your attention. Well, I saw this on Ebay, and it looked like it had light rust and little wear, so I bought the lot of razors, for $11.00. This and another, I was interested in. When I opened the razor box, the blade looked odd. The, what I thought was rust, had fingerprints in it. As well as the rusted up stuff, on the scales. I knew immediately, what it was. It was blood, and a lot of it. It came off, very easily, with very very slight corrosion under a small portion of it. I buffed that out. In looking at the blade, the blade still had the factory grind, on the edge, and the spine had never touched a stone. The grind is an Extra Hollow Grind. So thin, that when you touch the lower edge of the blade, even above the bevel, the steel bends with the nail. Super Hollow grind. The SRD razors I own are like that too. When washed up, the razor looks like it is brand new, with a perfectly centered, and tight blade. This Geneva Steel is very very shiny, almost like chrome. Most made in Geneva NY are like that. Plus, they are made with very hard steels. Easy Cutter. Ontario Cutlery Co. Geneva N.Y.. Between 1904-1936. The dates they made razors. Before: From the seller After cleaning:

Someone just made $11 AND got off the hook for a murder. Their fingerprint was IN THE BLOOD. That was a solid conviction. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
Personally, I go with stupid seller. (“Oh, is this thing sharp?”) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
Do you remember that thread many years ago about the set of cursed razors? And that crazy owner who kept saying that he could hear them talking at night, plotting against him. Hey, what ever happened to that guy?
hell of a grind and what a terrific brand, their fully hollowed razors are so well done every damn time
Clean them up, let them know they're in a house that loves razors, and hang on tight - just in case they try to fly across the room.
