Hey, hey, hey - in my defense it was Adam who said "long term loan". We have the video to prove it. (well, the boys are producing the video now). And, I'm secretly thinking he may decide it's easier to accept cash than a package anyway. Shhhhhhhh. Now that's not to say I don't have a couple of razors that should be back home and are still on my desk because of "old man syndrome". I promise they're coming Fuzzy.
SOTD December 15, 2018 Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Schick Razor: Schick G5 Brush: JR #41 badger Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Ozark Mountain aftershave Terrific shave with this setup. I decided to use Ozark Mountain a good bit this month as the scent reminds me of the holidays. Amazing soap. Slick, shiny lather and the glacial finish is refreshing. Wonderful all around. Up a little early on a Saturday because of the town Christmas parade this morning. The band participates and we invite some of the middle school band kids to perform with us as a recruiting tool. Everyone says we are the hit of the parade. Hope it goes well. A little rain in the forecast but hopefully it doesn't pan out. Some of the band equipment dads are going to ride a Polaris that the band owns (we use it to pull equipment) in the parade and Wilson is going to ride with them. He "works" with them on Friday nights. He'll have a blast. Enjoy your day, guys!
Great shave, Neal! Nice shave, Aaron! Glad to hear the brush is working out. Beautiful photo, Brian! Can't beat The Fat. Very nice, Keith! I'd love to try some Rive Gauche one day, but I guess it's unobtanium now? Beautiful photo, Jim! Nice shave. Gorgeous photo, Mark!
Great shave, Perry! Sounds like a fun day! Hopefully the rain holds off. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Lavender is a scent that I never expected to enjoy, since anything floral is normally repulsive to my nose. Stirling sent a sample of their Bergamot Lavender bath soap with one of my orders, and it turns out, I love it. Maybe this morning the Bergamot Lavender shave soap sample needs to come out. Like you, we picked up some Thayers lavender witch hazel...love that also. I've yet to try any PAA stuff, but it gets lots of love. He really cranks out the products!
Sounds like a fun day planned, Perry! Hopefully the rain holds off and everything goes smoothly! Great photo and shave! That blue G5 handle is so cool!
