  3. Getting a "super thick lather" from Williams deserves a medal, twenty one gun salute and a promotion to lieutenant in the Cartel. I have gotten (after much work, duress and sweat) good lathers from Williams but nothing I'd call super thick. Also, Fuzzy @wchnu just made a new best friend in you.

  4. Sorry to hear you haven't been well, although sleeping through several days isn't a bad way to take a "vacation" in my book. Still, hope you're feeling better!

  6. Wednesday is her night to "spend the night". My wife keeps her most days while my daughter works. On Wednesday night is gdad time....we go downstairs, watch a movie and have a pillow fight. The only problem is that she has more energy than me.:happy088:

  10. Well Neil after almost two years I’m still deep in the hole, especially when you figure that I rarely shaved for 15 years only about 5-7 a year. So if I stopped buying razors now I would start my savings in about 25-30 years. But enough with that crazy talk, stopping buying razors. Like that’s going to happen anytime soon. I can’t make it more than two weeks before I find the next one or three.

  12. I hate to say it, but Fuzzy and I have been friends for quite a while. I'm a member across the street as well.

  13. So do you hate to say it because you're afraid of spoiling my "surprise" or just because it's Fuzzy? :happy102:

  14. What is this "stop buying razors" you speak of? That's a phrase I'm not totally familiar with.

  15. So are you trying to say that there is a time in the day that is called 4:30 am....as in a 4:30 in the morning?! That you have to be up by? Dude - that's un-American! Actually back in my restaurant management days that was a starting time at a few I worked for. I remember those mornings. With no fondness at all! It's great you are providing a service for those who need it, though.
  16. The Cartel rules officially that that is indeed a Rule. Doesn't matter how many actual shaves, really, just that you spend a month without changing any gear (except AS of course). Obviously 30 shaves is the best to learn and set technique and muscle memory and all that, but 15-25 shaves a month with the same gear will do a nice job of that as well.

  17. Stirling is easy. Soak your brush, or just wet it if it's synthetic, then shake it so it's wet but not dripping wet, then load that brush on the soap. Then face or bowl lather and you'll have more than you need every time.

  18. Yes.:scared003: that and I don't want to wind up with another brick shaped dent.
