  5. Do what suits you Gary. The themes are extracurricular projects to keep the OG 30 DC motivated.

If you'd have asked ten years ago...
72 Mach 1 .jpg I got tired of swapping in or having transmissions rebuilt. That was back when 5.8 liters was called 351 Cleveland. Now all I have are photos and a couple kits that haven't been assembled.

  8. DECember Not bored yet!

Jeeves 2018 30DC LE Blood on Steel SS & AS
B-400 Omega Pro 98 & The Bunny on NOTSO
SOTD 12262018.gif Using the same soap for a week makes for easy loading. All that blooming and loading from recent use has brought up the scent. Great lather & plenty of residual slip. Took the Bunny for another ride and am impressed again on how close it shaves. Only one little nick on my chin that sealed with the cool water rinse. I'm becoming used to the scent of the AS after four times in a row.. That sounds negative, but it's not. It surprises me when I splash it on for how different and agreeable.
    Good Shaves Y'all!
  9. I'm right along behind you Neal. You're an E-4, I'm a G-1. It's these young guys like Gary @brit who are barely out of their 40's that still have their youthful ways about them.

  12. Wednesday night December 26

    Schick E4 / vintage Schick blade (4?)
    Simpsons CH2 Chubby Synthetic Bristles
    Fendrihan Lavender Sandalwood soap sample
    Alum and Clubman VIBR

    IMG_20181226_235649_kindlephoto-1027401088.jpg

I was going to use one of my Delta Echo refurbished Gillette adjustables, but when I got to the bathroom, I changed to a preloaded Schick at the last minute. This one is an E4, and I think it's loaded with a vintage Schick blade that had about three shaves on it.

My usual two passes brought me my usual BBS on my face and slightly sandpapery DFS on my neck. A few spots of sparkle from the alum on my chin but nothing much. Clubman VIBR for the Islands finish.
  13. Awesome, Rick! First car in grade 12 was a ‘72 Cougar convertible with a 351 Cleveland 4 barrel. Took my paycheques right to the gas station...

  14. Cool pic, John. I wonder why someone would carve the notches into that injector handle. They usually aren’t known to be ridiculously slippery.
