  1. Yea! THAT math works here all the time. I used a tub of PAA Atomic Bay Rum, two days later 2 more tubs showed up in the mail box. Then 2 tubs of Stirling and.....

  3. Thank you, Perry!
The letter P is up in the rotation. I separated the soaps labeled Crown King from the ones labeled PAA and used them early on to break things up.

  10. Just so you know
Gifting or piffing doesn't reduce the soaps either.
I gifted 4 tubs, the very next day, 5 new tubs showed up.
Then I gifted a Gem Jr to a guy for christmas, then 5 razors were waiting on me to pick them up in a junk store the very next day.
    Magic razor math!

  11. Amazing looking scales on that new razor, Keith! Congrats.
  12. Great looking combo, Terry! Good luck with your open blade focus as well.
  13. Great introduction! I'm new to the 30D thread. In my 4 years of wet shaving I've jumped to a different razor each time I changed a blade. I've quickly become a 'jack of all trades and master of none '. I don't own a shavette (but have been thinking of trying one), so this month I'm focusing on a little used favorite, a 1958 Gillette Executive. This one was restored by Cap'n Murphy and replated by Chris at Razorplate. Among with the Whipped Dog silvertip I'm going with a "gin" theme for the soap and AS. I'll try to follow the rules...

    Happy New Year!

  19. Welcome, Herm! I'm glad you decided to join us. It will be fun riding along with you. Maybe I can sit up front this year. The guys made me ride in the truck bed last year.
  20. Welcome to the thread, Herm. I guarantee you’ll find the exercise of a rule/focus rewarding!
