I was starting to think you were going to need a bigger box, for all the goodies. Shave physics goes by some type of advanced mathematics that we as a culture have yet to fully understand.
Knit 1, pearl 1... geez, you ladies talk so much, I’m never gonna finish this sweater, much less get to my macrame potholders.
What we're seeing here is Randy doing a quarterback calling cadence, then following that up by commentatin', the commentator he is
Thanks for the tips and tricks, Charlie! Without a doubt, there will be another razor on standby. As for under the nose...that's one less worry. I have a goatee of sorts. More like a fu manchu with a soul patch. Don't ask. The reason for the purchase of the SRX is multipurpose. First off, it'll help decide if the dark side is in my future. I have a straight that I restored, which still needs to be honed. So, by getting the SRX, I can practice straight technique without concern of stropping. Additionally, if I find it enjoyable, and get technique down a bit, when I do get the straight honed I'll (hopefully) be able to feel what a proper straight razor edge should feel like. Then, should I ever decide to hone myself, I'll have an idea of what to shoot for. That's the plan. Not that I ever follow plans. And, nope...still don't have a nice bathroom. It's inching closer, yet still not done. You wouldn't want me as one of your contractors.
Believe it or not, but I actually can knit. Haven't in quite awhile, but I can. I've even made a couple pairs of socks. Hand knit socks. Best. Socks. Ever. And, the answer is a firm "no". I will not make you a pair.
Sounds like that ad where the woman has a big hamburger in her hands and says "Best....burger....EV-ER".
In all seriousness, Bruce, I have nothing but respect for your skill. Good folks knit and donate baby blankets and head coverings, etc. to the children's hospital where my Bride and I volunteer. We get to deliver them to families. If the family is not there, we just cover the babies with them. It's super cool in my book if a bunch of guys are busy knitting for my sweet kiddos. I have big feet, and my favorite color is blue...in case you're looking for something to do after the bathroom is complete.
If I'm asked a game show trivia question and can call a friend, I'm calling you, Paul. We'll split the winnings and then go crazy buying Stoylin soaps. Maybe even some of Bill Neumann's soap if we hit it big time. (Stop reading now, @Primotenore) No worries, we'll make the Eddie Pinaud purchase later with bingo winnings.
