It's not slick at all. I've used it exclusively since November and find it to be a very comfortable razor.

I had been looking forward to trying out this soap that came to me from Perry @PLAla It has a very enjoyable scent. It lathered really nicely but I was moving a little to the slow side, so I had to relather once during each pass. I only did two passes had a decent shave, but my back was to sore to continue.

The Milionario arrived the other day from Joseph @Primotenore as part of his tsd raffle donation. It lathered up really easily and made for a nice two pass shave with very little clean up needed.

Ah, well, kinda, sorta I guess. Never got a close shave out of it, have a new stone comming to try out. But thought if I can use this shavette thing, just might like doing it that way. Gonna work on open blade till I get it going.

Thanks, Andrew! It’s cold! And, it leaves your hands tingling for about a half hour, even after washing them. I love the scent. Thankfully, for the sake of others, it dissipates quickly.
