I've been watching for the past hour and am enthralled! Bringing life back to old mechanical items, razors included, scratches a very primordial itch for me. Love it!!
I have seen some of those before. I have two Wagner cast iron skillets and a Birmingham Stove Works Dutch Oven that looked like they spent a few decades out on a trash heap when I bought them all for a dollar. None are that pretty, but with some work they are now fully functional and get used regularly. Both of my skillets are non stick egg cooking champions.
