If I recall correctly, I measured the base of that knot at 25mm. The hole is about 26mm at the bottom, with a slight flaring out at the top. I believe is it set at about 14mm.

Outstanding shave with the Karve "D" plate. I spoke with Derek at Wild West Brush Works. He has always called this handle Crimson Shadow. I requested that I call this brush Diablo. He said that was fine and that he would call his Crimson Shadow handles Diablo after his stock ran out. So now you know.
