  6. Open the razor and look down from the top at where the arm is attached to the underneath part of the blade holder. The arm has a 180° bend to come back inside the razor. The arm is straight until it gets to where it holds the blade. You are correct. It turns 90° then folds back 180° onto itself, as shown in the photo. It then bends 90° at the end. You should make this piece from an "L"-shaped piece of metal and bend the long end of the "L" into an arc, as shown.   12. I switched from a 1912 to a 1924 today as part of my SE focus. I forgot how nice these babies can shave. I’m BBS

  14. Day 15.

    Two passes with the Ralf Aust, then finished with the ball-end tech. The left hand started running out of gas again just before the end. But a very good result for two passes, and no oopses. I think maybe tomorrow I'll try a t hird pass. Start one, at least.

    I just had to pull out the fat after jabbering about it yesterday.
