January 25, 2019 Supply SE V2 - 2 Dot Plate Schick Proline Duke 3 Synthetic AOS Sandalwood Cream Fine Santal Absolut I had a package with a new Duke 3 Synthetic brush and some aftershave waiting for me when I got home yesterday. Since I have no patience, I rushed outside to snap a photo for today’s SOTD. First observation is that the Duke 3 is not a Chubby 2. The brush is not as dense or the knot as massive. Judged on its own merits, I really like the brush. It worked wonderfully this morning and feels very badger like. Three passes and touch ups ended in a perfect BBS shave. Continuing with EDRIO the Ikon X3 slant comes in as entry #14 into the spreadsheet. Still working on the VdH Jeeves franken soap. I really need to get this used up because my puck of MWF needs a home. Three easy passes and the baby was waiting for me. Finished with some Barbasol Pacific Rush balm to keep my skin smooth and hydrated. Have a great weekend my friends! TGIF!!!

January 25, 2018 Razor: F2 Gillette Fatboy (5) Blade: Gillette Platinum Plus Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22 Soap: Stirling Sheep Post: Alum, Listerine, WH Today was a return to Fatboy Friday. I was a bit worried at first since I couldn't recall how many shaves were on the Platinum Plus blade, but I needn't have worried. Nothing but an enjoyable issue-free shave.
