It's done me well over the years, but I suppose some are against it.

Horse sweat and sin. I love it! <---AV Ice Blue description

I'm only teasing though, everyone's taste is different and I'm cool with it and think it makes it fun!

WCS has a good selection of sample sizes so you can try things without buying a full size.
Maggard Razors is another vendor that has a large selection of samplers.

Mr. Cawtuh, you couldn't have said that better yourself. Wait a minute, you JUST DID say that better yourself. WAIT A MINUTE!! Pardon my Wabbit&Costello routine :).

Fine L'Orange and Citrus, and Speick, they have a spicy scent that I really like. Any of the Stirling cologne scents, Tuscany and Ozark Mountain are great too. IMO if you really want to step up your aftershave splashes, add glycerin for extra skin care, I always add it to mine, it just feels nice. WPS

To be fair the current Aqua Velva Ice Blue does smell like doodoo. But the classic 70s stuff smell good.

For me, for almost 60 years, it has been 4711.
And currently available: Fine's American Blend
    Pinaud Whisky Woods
    Pinaud Citrus Musk
(Some of which get doctored with a few drops White Musk or Bergamot essential oil)

and PS @KUSTOM , what is the Stratocaster of Stratocasters? S-S-S? H-S-S? Ash? Alder? Maple? Rosewood? Lacquer orPoly? Alnico II, III, or V? Underwound or overwound? Maybe Lace Sensors, or MiM ceramics? And pots and caps...my head is spinning - or maybe I'm just dizzy from the 4711 with Bergamot!
