  1. Pl
    Please don't post picture. :)
  2. :thanks: Neal.
What is our best month for number of posts for the 30DC?
  3. Thank you Perry.

It was a big bust here as well. With everything closed the morning commute was very quick.
  4. December 2018 was the new record at 6523 posts. We're 520 away from that with three days to go so we may well break that record. That would make it the third consecutive month we've broken the record. I had thought January might slow down a bit. Well, that was obviously a dumb idea. That's ok though - we just have to adjust to the "new normal" of we're BUSY around here!

  5. It's a great thread with excellent members who can have a good serious shaves along with a few laughs. Members display amazing shaving products and are very helpful to members with less experience.
  6. You're just now coming to this conclusion, Danny?

Um, I kind of am my employer, so I'm not sure this helps me.

I have mixed feelings here. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO SEE A PHOTO, however, part of me wonders if it might be better that the imaginary picture that flashed through my mind. Another part of me knows full well that I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO SEE A PHOTO.

Dumb ideas are our speciality here. I have a sneaking suspicion they may be how you got promoted to Czar, although I'm not sure how you beat out a couple other guys in the room in the dumb idea category. (I'm not mentioning any names, and I may or may not be one of the guilty parties charged.)

  8. Being promoted to Czar was easy. They handed me the scepter and told me it was a magic wand from Diagon Alley - and that I was getting a late appointment to Hogwarts. By the time I realized it was a busted cane with a plastic fake ruby super glued to the end of it......too late.

  9. I'm a few days late from the actual anniversary date, but on January 24, 2015, our first month of existence, a post showed up that absolutely slayed us all. At the time it was prophesied that no post would ever provide more laughs and potential quotes than that one. For all the newbies (and with apologies to @Troy M ), and just to remind us all of how Troy got his CT - here's the link.

Nice shave early this morning. Everything worked as it should. Love these big Omega knots and there are very good reasons why the basic Tech design lasted for 40 years.
    Have a great day all!

  13. Thank you Gents.
  14. Great shave and photo Jim

Congrats on the continued progress Joseph.

Excellent shave and photo Jason. Love the warm colors.
  15. Good write up and photo, Jim. That is why those large Stirling samples are a really good size- big enough to get lots of shaves with one and small enough that you realize you don’t need a full tub of every one.
Stunning, Clint. One of your best- Put that one on the calendar!
Love those Shave Stash travel tins, Brian. Very cool.
    Safe travels, again!
Very nice photo, Jim! Is the Ranger Tech your favourite TTO?
Love the pic, Joseph. I might have to pull out the Cologne Russe sample I have. I think I was underwhelmed by it at first use. Time for another go with it.
  16. Thank you both. I seem to be plateauing with the SR. The CR is a very piquant scent, Jason. I would say it's worth another try.
  17. QUOTE="Douglas Carey, post: 1531530, member: 13849"]Big bust here also Perry. School buses are running and everything else open. I almost bought a shovel Neal. :)[/QUOTE]
Yup, anything under 6 inches just needs a broom...;)

  20. Thanks Clint for the beautiful greenery. Awesome shave.

I have a Burma shave brush that is similar looking to your Eveready. Love the look but it sheds like a wet dog. Was sitting in a box unused for 21 years so I guess maybe it's just dried out.

    Lovely pic Brian.

    Awesome shave!

    Very nice Jim

Laughed so hard I probably pee'd more than the skunk did.
