That was the lesson I learned with my Rise balm. I put too much on, and proceeded to get a reaction post from @wristwatchb showing a man with a solid white goalie-mask. (Some might have called him a mime, but I stuck with goalie mask). Anyway, just little is enough.
Thanks Andrew. Rescued Chico in September from the local pound. He is a senior Chihuahua that was leery of men. It has taken a while, but I think he is finally warming up to me.
Day 35. Three passes with the Dovo, and I got out the bullet tip to finish up today. Definitely a favorite, along with both of its siblings. Always a fantastic shave with any micromatic. The Omega 81064 is also a favorite. Not the usual hollow plastic handle. This puppy is solid, and has a little heft to it. One of Omega's nicer offerings.
I didn't yet see the Chico story but as an animal welfare and safety supporter, thank you for making the rescue. .
February 8 Parker SRX Lord Super Stainless (2) 30 Day Crew LE figured maple w/APShaveCo Tuxedo Soap Commander Love Alum, Thayers WH & USB 34th focus shave I enjoyed an early morning two-pass shave with my focus gear. The shaves with the Parker SRX are consistently improving, and minor boo boos are becoming very infrequent. No nicks or weepers for the last few shaves. I have a healthy respect for open blade shaving, but the shavette now feels natural in hand. I'm having fun with this razor, so I'll continue with it for awhile longer. Busy times on the home front. Cabinet makers are setting our shelves, and flooring is underway. We met a gentlemen to discuss window treatments today. We meet another gent tomorrow to measure for area rugs, and we meet with the counter top and mirror/shower door/shelving installers next week. It's gettin' real now. I hope everyone had a good day!
I see you remembered!!! YOU were the one. (Actually, I just SAID that, so I hope you don't mind me repeating myself redundantly.)
Omegas cant be beat when it comes to boars. Good to hear its coming together Charlie. Light at the end of the tunnel.
