Me too, Brian. @Linuxguile's boys are super cool. However, I can't believe Andrew has such disregard for Child Labor Laws.
Day 36. Back to work on that La Toja stick. Its days are numbered. Made piles of fantastic lather with the suribachi again. I'm glad I have a couple more sticks. Three passes with the Dovo, and this was I think my best yet. Tweaked the direction just a little on my cheeks, and it seems to make a noticeable difference. It also absolutely requires my left hand for some parts. And the bullet tip got the last word again.
Only one? How's about one thousand!?! That's it Robert! Thanks. Something in one or more of the scent oils goes sideways and may give an ashtray smell.
February Favorites Palmolive Shave Stick B-400 Omega 98 knot Suribachi & cool water '55 Gillette Red Tip 7 O'clock Permasharp New Old Spice AS It was a stick before I mushed the Palmolive SS into a snap top container. Andrew @Linuxguile would have a frustrating time loading but it works for me. Chris @Bama Samurai might not understand why I don't just rub the stick on my face. Robert @Frijolero uses a suribachi bowl so he understands. For being a Arko cheap European grocery store soap, this stuff gets it. Three passes & detailing got all but a little stubble on the lower neck. Defiantly DFS. Before I lathered I sniffed a couple aftershaves. The new version of Old Spice is, to my nose, a decent near match to this soap. Good Shaves Y'all!
Oh yes indeed..Golden Retrievers are wonderful dogs. My family had one as I was in my teens. They are very popular at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show(which by the way is this coming Monday and Tuesday evenings). That'd be great to find out who sponsored that dog at her PT. Your bride might be interested to know that I was treated for what I thought was diabetic nerve pain in my right foot(it feels like it has an ice-pack inside it). Turned out that tests showed I have a pinched nerve in my "lumbar" area of the lower back, which brought on the cold feeling. I always wear a thick sock over it when I go to bed. I should add that for a few months I had prediabetes, but the foot began feeling cold a few years before the pre-D came.
Bleah. After smoking for many, many years, and not smoking for the past 11, there are few smells that gag me more than dirty ashtray.
