  7. Nice combo, Keith. Is that wooden holder below the Kami a case made for it?
Love the vintage glass bottle, Joseph. I have enjoyed following your SR journey on here as well.
Super looking ‘lemon drop’ brush, Jim!
Nice pic, Perry. Funny that you say ‘One pass with the Trac II’ as when I used a cart, I only ever did one pass a day. We’ve all come so far!
Very neat filter effect, Patrick. Have fun at the birthday party!

  8. Thanks, Jason! It was an efficient and easy one pass. I'm probably CCS but that's okay for the weekend.

  9. Great picture and report, Perry! So cool you're using a razor with family history. Both my grandpa's have been gone for awhile now and I never thought to talk shaving with them. I've been bitten by most aspects of wet shaving but I have yet to get the vintage bug. If I had one of their razors it would get used with pride.

  18. Thanks, Jim! My dad and father-in-law shave only because they're generation shaved. They take no pleasure in it. I gave them both their birth year Superspeeds this past Christmas, but I didn't really expect them to use it much. My grandfathers were the same way - they shaved because gentlemen shaved. They took no pleasure in it and saw it as a chore. So I was taught to shave in the begrudging fashion of their attitudes. I kept those views until about three years when I started on this journey.

So, my closest male relatives didn't have shaving gear to pass on. My great uncle lived in Utah and didn't know him well, but my dad got closer to him in the past few years. So my dad got all the shaving stuff and gave it to me. I'm very happy to have it.
