A nice Sunday Morning Shave, I may get quicker Injector Shaves but the feel of this Razor during a Shave is something else, it is so tactile. The quality of the finished Shave not bad either.

Sunday shave with one of my favorite razors.
    Razor: Canadian pat 1930's E2
    Blade: Schick(1)
    Soap: Barrister & Mann Seville
    Brush: Razorock Noir 400
Pre shave: Warm Face cloth for 40 seconds approx x 2 + Aloe vera gel
Post shave : Razorock XXX splash
The Schick E2 is a great razor and is almost effort less!

Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap
    Jayaruh #326
    C.V. Heljestrand
    Heljestrand wedge
    CWR
    Barbasol Brisk AS

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #326 synthetic horse brush. I did two passes with the C.V. Heljestrand Lather Catcher razor with a Heljestrand wedge blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Barbasol Brisk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Schick
    Razor: PAL Adjustable
    Brush: JR #41 badger
    Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain
Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Ozark Mountain aftershave

Best shave yet with the PAL Adjustable. I saw a video on S.E.R.F. on Facebook (Single Edge Razor Fans) where the gentleman discussed the angle of the PAL and how it differs from the Schick. The handle must be closer to the face than a Schick. The cap isn't as flat with the PAL in relation to your face. I went with that thought process this morning and had a great shave. Now it's time to fiddle with the adjustment settings. Have a great day!

    RazoRock Plissoft 22mm
    Cyril Sater Solid Soap
    Schick E2- Canada WW2 issue
    Schick S/S - Japan [ 5 ]
    Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion

A good Monday Morning Shave, the E2 had good blade feel and is efficient yet forgiving, and the Shave is surprisingly smooth. Without any problems attained a nice close all round Finish.

RazoRock 400 Noir Plissoft Synthetic Shaving Brush
    Halleluiah Pottery Shaving Bowl 1995
    Williams Mug Soap
CVS SE Blade – 6th shave
Gem 1912 on a Weber Bulldog Handle
    Nivea Post Balm
    Pinuad Clubman Classic

This is my 6th SE shave for February and I decided to break out the 1912 Gem. Dampened the RazoRock brush and swirled a little Williams on the bristles and then created some great lather in the Halleluiah Pottery shaving bowl.

Nice comfortable shave with slight alum burn in a couple of spots. I completed two passes and cleaned up a few areas on the neck. The 1912 is s great shaver.

Finished up with some Nivea and Clubman classic.

Y'all take care and have a great Monday!

    Personna
Maseto Shaving Classic (30mm, Cruiser Class)
    Stirling Haverford soap and AS
    Stirling Glacial Unscented PSB

This week is going to be an Injector theme week for me as I work through EDRIO. No better place to start then with the Type F. All metal construction and industrial good looks! The Type F not only looks good but to me is a very aggressive razor, right up there with the E2 and Pal IM.

    My Shave of the Week

    Schick G4/Route 66 razor
    Personna 74 blade day 4
    Omega 10066 boar brush
Stirling Margaritas in the Artic SS
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
    Barbasol Brisk A/S w/added menthol

Great shave and my face is very happy. I've decided to use this combo all week since it worked so well this morning. Maybe change the brush but that would be all. A couple of weeks ago I said that I was going to use up the MITA SS. I did this because it had such a large hole in the Stirling container. I moved the remnants to an Old Spice mug and it was 1/2 full!! Lots left but I'm still going work on using it up. Anyway, all is well so go enjoy your day folks

Good morning on this very cold morning up in Northern Canada -32 C.
    Razor: GEM Clog Pruf
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (10)
    Soap:Barrister & Mann
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft Noir 400
Preshave: warm wet face cloth 40 seconds approx X 2 + Aloe vera gel
Post shave: Alum block + cold water rinse
Post shave: FINE fresh Vetiver + witch hazel 1:4 ratio + Nivea balm(very dry air when it gets this cold)
Good shave considering the blade was on it's 10th shave and had traveled from Mexico salty air.
I sure noticed when I'm out of my comfort zone for shaving like lighting and water quality....!

    Tue 12th Feb.

    Simpson Chubby 1 / Maggards 2 Band
    Speick Active soap
    PAL Injecto-Matic de Luxe
    Schick S/S - Japan [ 4 ]
    Pitralon Original A/S Lotion

After using the Canadian E2 yesterday and getting a great Shave, I just had to follow it up with the " Schick Buster" - The PAL Injecto-Matic. These two are vying for top spot of readily available Injectors confined to the use of one blade. The PAL like the E2 is fitted with a Japanese Schick Injector Blade. Both Razors are very smooth and comfortable to Shave with and produce top quality Shaves. Today everything went very well, and I reckon that the PAL worked better AGT than the E2 yesterday, and actually produced a slightly better overall Shave. So really I find that there is not a lot to choose between these Two Razors, will be interesting to see what happens as the blades have more use.
