Wednesday was a very close shave with the New SC which left me with some neck irritation. Yesterday was a time crunch, so no shave.

Today, I decided to celebrate Fatboy Friday. All the pieces came together well for a very close and satisfying shave.

Something that I thought some of you might find amusing... I'm currently waiting on a non-shave-related package from India. The tracking info, so far, includes what has to be one of the oddest status messages that I have ever seen: "Insert item into bag (Otb)"

Day 42.

Fantastic lather from the ABC soap, as always. Unfortunately, the Rooney silver tip didn't let me have much of it! I really hate this brush. I probably just need to build lather with it every day for a few weeks. (But not shave with it.) Seems I read that breaking in eases the lather hogging. If not, then it's outta here.

Other than that it was a decent shave. One nick. Still tweaking, but I'm getting a better idea which directions work best on my cheeks.

The apricot hull aftershave sample is awesome stuff too. A really nice menthol kick that I was not expecting at all.

 

Andrew, I guess you didn't read the memo. Lol! I don't grade my DE razor shaves because I get BBS without blood or irritation 99.9% of the time. However, I am glad you read my straight razor reports to the end. Make it a great day, amigo!
