    Palmer's Fragrance Free Moisturiser
    Pashana AS

With the release of a new Kent Infinity+ Synthetic Brush I decided to take the original for a spin and it was better than I remembered. I then had a shave of mixed fortunes.A momentary loss of concentration resulted in a nasty cut. I stopped with 2 passes and a DFS+ finish as it is just not right shaving with pink lather. For the first time in a very long time a styptic pencil came into play. I will put this one down to experience and try again later in the week.

    Tabac AS

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #339 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Damaskeene OC razor with a Gem Glue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Beautiful!

    Thank you, sir!

Thank you! Yeah, I'm liking this brush. The soap/splash is also lovely. If you like B&M's Beaudelaire, you'll like this one. Not a dupe at all, but a less sweet, but still decadent fougère. It's like vintage Brut, but more elegant.

Yeah, very very close without significant effort. I just had to be more consistent with its very shallow angle to achieve the comfortable and efficient shave it is capable of. I'm glad that I didn't give up on it .
